victoria mann

Victoria Mann graduated from King’s College London in 2011 with a Masters degree in Dietetics and practiced as a registered Dietitian within the NHS from 2011-2018.

Victoria started her career as a Dietitian at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. Here she gained a vast array of experience in the medical nutritional therapy of various diseases including heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes. She spent time working in the Weight Management & Bariatric surgery team working with both groups and individuals aiming to lose weight and improve their health.

In 2013 Victoria moved back to Oxford where she grew up and joined Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. First as a bariatric and oesophagogastric Dietitian and later specialising in Hepatobiliary cancers. She then moved into a senior role as a Macmillan Advanced Dietitian in Hepatobiliary Cancers. She provided a comprehensive service to patients with cancers of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder and biliary tract.

In 2015 Victoria, dissatisfied with her fitness and flexibility, started training with Ryan Oak. Since then they have worked together on fitness and nutrition plans. Victoria’s main interest within the gym is eating for fat loss and muscle gain. With so many pressures in modern life she is also interested in how we can tailor our exercise and nutrition to easily fit within our busy lives.

In 2018 Victoria left the NHS to follow her passion for health promotion. She qualified as a Personal Trainer and now offers a private Dietetic service in Oxford as well as working as a Personal Trainer.

Victoria is now in a unique position to be able to offer professional dietary advice alongside exercise advice to a wide variety of clients.
